Can I downgrade my ATV2 firmware?

I just purchased another Apple TV2 and it came with iOS 4.4.2 installed. This firmware only has an tethered jailbreak currently available. I want to downgrade to 4.3 so I can have an untethered jailbreak. The only problem is that Apple is not signing 4.3 anymore and I don't have the shah files for this new ATV2. Is this possible to do?

Know I can use iFaith to dump all the shah files from the ATV. I also know how to create a custom 4.3 firmware using Seas0nspass. The problem is that I don't know how/if I can use the iFaith shah files to successfully fool iTunes into letting me install an old custom firmware?

Does this make sense to someone? I'd love some help! Thanks

A buddy gave me his ATV2 to jailbreak and I could of sworn I saw 4.4 features prior to jailbreaking. I believe it defaults to creating a 4.3 ipsw file that actually gets authenticated by Apple. Just
make sure to have iTunes closed before Jailbreaking. It'll open on its own and load the ipsw file that it created automatically. Good luck!
