ATV2 iOS 4.1.1 to 4.2.1

I have a shiny new ATV2, and have done the GP RC6 JB. However, the ATV2 is on iOS 4.1.1. If I select "Upgrade Software" from the ATV Settings->General menu, will that necessitate a re-JB?

If re-JB, will I lose all my settings, etc?

Also, recommendations on using GP RC6 vs. the more recent PwnageTool release?

P.S. the reason I'm looking to update to 4.2.1 is to (potentially) solve the YouTub login issue that I have on the ATV (e.g. can't login using a password that has special chars in it - validated this by changing my YouTube/Google password to one without special chars, and it works. However, for password strength, would like to incorporate special chars again...)

I just jb yesterday with GP rc6. I too wondered about the upgrade software deal. I thought it was on 4.1.1 but when I clicked on about in settings, 4.1.1 is the version. Click "play" again 2x and it shows OS build 4.2.1. Hope that helps.
I heard with GP you can jb again and it runs over previous install. Pwnage requires doing a restore/resync of all your apps/data

The Point is MOOT!

Apparently...

...AppleTV 4.1.1 seems to be the same as iOS 4.2.1, so therefore there's no new version to upgrade to. Hopefully it wasn't just me that got confused on this...
