Is Apple still signing tvOS 11.4.1? I'm wondering if I can downgrade and have tried searching online but unable to confirm.

Yes, you can downgrade back to tvOS 11.4.1 from tvOS 12.

That’s not possible anymore. Especially on Apple TVs it’s hard to downgrade.

The previous version would have been 11.4. And I don't believe you can downgrade back to that now.
