In the upstate area of SC I'm getting NBC and ABC, but not CBS. Don't watch CBS anyway so that works for me.

But yes, it's going to depend where you are.

Vue looks better on any Apple TV than it does on PlayStation. I don’t know why that is, but it is.

I’ve had DirecTV Now since launch and it’s okay. They have a revamped version of the app with cloud DVR in beta right now but it’s still pretty buggy at the moment. I find myself using my log in credentials to sign in to other streaming apps (ABC, NBC, ESPN, Bloomberg, etc.) than to watch actual live television. Also, I’m grandfathered into their top tier package for $43/month including HBO and Showtime so I’m not budging!

Just a vent. There seems to be a common problem in using ATV as a TV cable box replacement. TELUS PIK, Bell Fibe and DirecTV are examples . After a while the screen will go black and you have to restart the ATV - for some users.

Apple says not my problem . Not our app.

Apple should be working with TV companies to solve this issue.

If Apple TV has a future , it is in replacing these crappy cable company set boxes . Perhaps Apple has given up on the ATV.
