Does the "subscribe" function work any differently than just adding a playlist to your library?

Adding a playlist is static, as in the playlist will be added with the songs in it at that moment.
Subscribing to a playlist is dynamic, as in the playlist will be updated from time to time, songs will be added and some songs will be deleted from that playlist.

Can personal playlist to be shared publicly and have friends to follow ? (Like one of spotify feature)

Just looked for you, it's not possible within the music app on the iPhone

You can "share" via a text message to everyone that you want to share it with, but they can only subscribe to it, they can't actually collaborate on it.

What is actually radio at    music ? Is that created by someone or what ?
