Music app crash

Hello Please help me.. My iPhone music app don't play beats radio musics and downloaded musics.. I tap play and music app automatically closed and itunes can't download more musics to my iphone.. I back ios 9 from ios 10 and this bug come to music app

Try one of the following:

1. "Reset All Settings"
2. Restore your device and set it up as new.

Make sure you have iCloud Music Library enabled under Settings > Music.

It's not enabled by default, so you have to do it manually in order to listen to your music, assuming you're an  Music subscriber.

If that's not the case, than make sure it's disabled on both iTunes and your iPhone.
