Make Available Offline: Am I downloading the same song more than once?

When making a playlist available offline I noticed several Downloading circles filling up next to songs I know I've already made available (from the main library view).
Am I downloading the same songs multiple times if it's in one or more playlists made available offline?

BTW-difficult to tell which songs are actually on the phone-amiright.

Yes, it can be hard to see in the music app everything that is downloaded. It might be easier to see here,

Settings >> General >> Storage & iCloud Usage >> Storage (not iCloud) >> Manage Storage >> Music

I suppose some way to check dupes would be ideal.
