Delete all downloaded music?

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious (new iPhone user), but I would like to remove all downloaded music on the phone at the moment and start over. Is there a fast way to see all tracks that have been downloaded? I think I'd like make more use of playlists, and "pin" certain playlists as downloaded.

Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Storage > Manage Storage > Music and then swipe left to delete all locally stored songs.
