    I have tried to shut it down a couple times , and take out my headphones and put it back it but it won't work. Plz help!!!😁😫 btw- I have an IPhone 4s if that makes a difference to the answer.

    I don't know. Are you logged in to Music? Is the phone muted? Did you check the volume buttons? Are your headphones of the wired or Bluetooth variety? Have you tried rebooting your iPhone or resetting all settings?
