My phone just started playing music by itself...I didn't even open Apple Music and checked if the app was opened and it wasn't. I opened the app and It was a song not even in my library. Is apple music screwing around and pushing music to us?

Unlikely, retrace your steps and find out what's the reason. Could be another app like Shazam or the likes of it.
