Doubling of tracks, what causes this?

I've tried many times to remedy this. I've simply added this to my library and everything gets doubled.

Are there two versions for those songs? I had this issue when some songs had clean and explicit versions.

This album in particular does have two versions on Apple Music, but I have had this doubling up occur with albums that dont have 2nd versions.

I've had it happen once. I don't know what causes it and I did want to spend too much time figuring out a reason or a fix unless it kept happening so I ended up deleting the second instance of each song and crossing my fingers it wouldn't happen again. So far so good for me. It was also an album that I added from Apple Music.
