I no longer wish to follow a certain artist on Apple Music. How can I stop following them?

Open up your music app and tap on your profile icon on the top left. Then you will see 'following' go ahead tap on that and it will have a list of everyone you are following and you can then unfollow who you want.

When I logged in to the Music app for the first time after the update finished, I found I was following about half a dozen artists, three of which were completely alien to me. Is this Apple's method to try to get folks to find music they haven't heard of before, perhaps?

Anyway, I deleted all six of my 'follows' as I didn't care for any of them at all.

But yes, back on topic, Beyond Fire is completely correct.
