Can people that don't have access to my account access my playlist? Will my playlist be visible to others?

I can't say for certain and I have't read anything about it. Having said that, I'd be surprised if anyone not associated with your account had access to it or your playlists. You can however, share your playlists publicly via various social networks like Twitter and Facebook.
