Family Share and PC Itunes

I added my mom to the Family Share plan for Apple Music. When she updated Itunes she was still forced to go to screen where you have to choose the individual and family plan. There was nothing that allowed her to get Apple Music automatically.

The email invite seems to indicate she needs a mobile device like an Iphone or Andriod to accept the invitation. She doesn't have an IPhone. Do you have to use a mobile device to accept Apple Music?

Why can't she just accept it from the PC?

Thanks, but to have icloud she needs IOS or OSX. I have icloud on my PC but it's because I already have an account through my iphone, ipad.

When she attempts to start ICloud, it requires that she has an account through those operating systems. So she can't get any further into the process.
