Touch Bar, does it worth it

I have 2013 MacBook Air. I am going to buy a new MacBook Pro. Touch Bar one is really more expensive and I think I should go to base model. I use my laptop for browsing, watching videos and presentations. Does it worth paying more for Touch Bar?

Not really. I use mine occasionally but not all the time. The Touch ID sensor on the other hand is awesome and I use it all the time.

I agree with you, but at the moment I can buy a brand new non-touch bar. Or there is a used one with touch-bar. So I am preferring a brand new device.

My MBP has it and other than the touch ID sensor, it's worthless.

The updated Air is worth looking at if you question the value of the touch bar or if you're a tech pro who uses traditional F keys. I say that because it has a 4 core CPU option.

I can't say I hate the touch bar but updated Air is a good thing for many and especially my nursing my M5 MadBook toward end of life. I don't expect the 12" MacBook to come back.
