There's no sound coming out of my 7th gen iPod nano, most likely because the headphone jack is damaged (tried different headphones, didn't work). Any idea how much it would cost to fix? Would I be better off buying a new iPod altogether?

It's 60-80$ if you bring it in to Apple.

Depends on how old the ipod is, if it's already old, then you might want to buy a new one. Just in case something else breaks. But make the choice that's best for you and your wallet.

    Welcome to iMore

At those service prices you're just about better off buying a new one off Amazon. They don't cost much more if you know how to shop.
