What is the best free iphone to pc software to replace itunes

I have an iPhone 4s version 7.0.6
I want to get all my music, photos, videos off this phone. I have major issues with iTunes and just can't go there. Is there any other free software that can do a similar job?

Just my opinion: Other than iTunes, if you go free, you get what you pay for.

Download any trans , it's way easier that iTunes. Oh and make sure you download a crack version if not u only get to transfer 50 items for free and have to pay for the rest
