Why won't my iPhone come on

Firstly I dropped my iPhone 5s and a component in the top right next to the camera was exposed, my iPhone was working fine but then one day a little rain drop landed on this component and now when I plug my iPhone in the apple logo appears for about 4 seconds then goes also when I hold the on button without a charger in this doesn't even happen
