any app to watch the warm my iphone

currently my iphone is warming much, I wonder if exites any application or way of looking at the state of warming that brings my iphone at times ?

I don't know of any app that will check the warmth of your Iphone but I would be taking to an Apple Store to see what is causing it to run warm.

Warm is normal for some things like intense games, charging and other things. If it gets hot to touch, then there's a problem. Your phone will warn you if it gets too hot.
