How can I get my iPad to turn on?

RE: I downloaded up scale on my ipad. HELP?

My friend basically downloaded the tweak 'upscale' on my iPad and now it won't turn on. The tweak up scale makes, for example, iphone 6 resolution fit on on an iphone 5 so it's definitely not for ipads. My friend picked the option iphone 5 on in tweak settings and now, like I said before, it won't turn on .

Update: I have done the remote wipe out but it still would not to turn on

Did you try to reset the device? That is press and hold both the power and home buttons for 10 seconds till the apple logo appears
