Why is it so hard to keep trying to log in all the time and keep getting error messages

I have had to keep changing my iPad over and over what can't I just log on once.

Log in to what? What does changing your iPad over and over have to do with logging in? Please be a bit more descriptive in regard to the issue you are having.
