    If you're trying to bypass the iCloud activation lock, you might as well stop. You must enter the credentials associated with the iCloud account to be able to use the iPad. If you don't know that information, you will have to go to the iCloud website via a computer and then select the forgot iCloud ID or Password option. If you cannot answer the security questions therein, there's nothing anyone can do to help you with this matter.

    If the device is SIM locked, you need to call your wireless service provider.
