“Only the account owner can currently use Apple Card. If a family member or friend wants to use Apple Card they will need to apply for Apple Card.”

Tapping the Apple Card in your Wallet app will bring up a weekly Monthly day to day spending activity of your usage as well as detailed retail or online usage so you can easily manage it yourself

Sorry to be the grumpy old man here, but if you need to do that then you probably don't need a credit card.

It’s better not to use it then. Don’t close the card. Closing a card can harm your credit rating!

I would never add someone to your credit card acct. you are held responsible for your spending and making the payments
Adding a person can harm you more than help you. Don’t do it!

Which goes back to that responsibility thing, which nobody today seems to want to do or be, but will point the finger at someone else in a heartbeat.
