Clips in Canada??

Why can't I find clips in the Canadian App Store? When will it be available?

You'll need to provide more info. Which Clips App? I just did a search for Clips in the iTunes Store on my laptop and in the App Store on my iPhone and a couple of Clips apps show as being available. As you can see from my screenshot. I'm in Canada and use the Canadian app store.
