    I've been having very slow d/l speeds on my win10 pc. Just trying to d/l a itunes update and its taking ages.... Everything else runs or d/l's very smooth.

    I can only assume the processing power, drive speed or memory size is causing the slow speeds.

    Then again, there could be an issue with Apple's servers. I'm sure there's a lot of people who are just now finding the time to update their iOS devices to iOS 9.2......but of course, I'm only guessing.
