It is a native app from Apple so it CANNOT be gone. It either got placed in a folder by accident so use 'Spotlight' search to find it which is the fastest, check your folders or reboot your phone. I believe the 'Spotlight' search will be your best bet.

Reboot (hard reset)
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

The same thing happened to me...it was the restrictions. Allow in app purchases was off ....turned it on and now the icon reappeared and I can use it!
