Can't switch to another country

Hi, I have a problem with switching from USA to another country. Why ? Cuz there's no "none" option for choosing. It forces me to choose other valid method. For example, I wanted to switch to japan cuz i have many amazing games. So, I found out that the "none" is no longer available.

Any solution? Plzzzz I feel like being stuck
