How can I delete the purchased apps in the App Store that are not on my iPhone

When you go to update your apps, there is a purchased part at the top which shows the apps you deleted and it says apps not on this iPhone. Wondering if there is anyway to delete them off.

You can hide previous purchases via iTunes...
