    Hi,

I have decided in 2014 to go completely digital with my note taking for work by using the iPad. I wanted to take suggestions on the best apps out there to do so. Basic functionality I would require is being able to upload word or PDF documents to view and scribble on, ability to scribble on a blank sheet of note paper, and saving these notes in an organized fashion. Not sure if this would require a web interface from my work computer to get the docs in there. Also, wanted to take suggestions on best stylus to use and where to get it. Thanks!!

    Evernote or notability.

Notability will probably best serve you with what you mentioned in your post. Having said that, I would still it in conjunction with Evernote even if it's just to keep them in a category of some sort.
