Can anyone tell me if you can use iTunes gift cards to purchase hardware?
No. iTunes gift cards are for iTunes and App Store purchases only. Apple sells Apple Gift Cards that can be used in the retail/online stores for hardware and packaged software purchases. The two card types are not interchangeable.
