AirPods Pro and Siri

I use Siri on my Apple Watch all the time for setting reminders and timers. I had the AirPods 2 and I didn’t like them because when I would push the Digital Crown on my Apple Watch to activate Siri, Siri would activate in my AirPods instead of the watch. Is there a way to press the Digital Crown on the watch and use Siri on the watch, while wearing the AirPods? Or, can I turn Siri off in the AirPods pro settings?
