Traveling as much as I do, I would like something for a carryall for my iPad Pro 12.9, headphones, cables, and GPS. Anyone have any recommendations?

A Timberland backpack. I have had mine for well over 6 years now, it still looks new and holds a lot! I normally keep my windows 10 laptop, iPad mini 4, cables, battery packs, sunglass case, sweatshirt, drink bottle, and tools I'm using that day in the compartments.

Any typical backpack should suffice, in my opinion...

Not being a backpack type, I did find a messenger bag that I like, and should do what I want.

I have used both a messenger bag and a backpack. Right now I’m using a backpack because it works better for me the messenger bag just didn’t cut it. But again it’s all about personal preference and what works best for you! That’s great that you found the one that you think will work. It looks really awesome and I’ll be interested to hear how it works for you. Keep us posted on how you like it.

Maybe define travel. I have and like a pack and messenger bag. A messenger bag is easier access and best for vehicular and air travel and shorter bike commutes. Timbu2 is a favorite brand - good design, quality & warranty. My kids like North Face Borealis & Recon. I have a North Face that has stood up well. My original Timbuk2 made in SFO messenger and a Patagonia bag seem close to indestructible.

Lifestyle probably makes a difference here. As a part-time bike commuter and frequent traveler I get value utility from the better made stuff.

Thanks and I'm happy to report it's holding up very well. The thick leather will allow it to last for years to come.

It will last as long as Buddy doesn't get hold of it. Maybe he's too old for that.
