I don't care for Bluetooth earbuds the clog up your ear canals, or big bluckey headphones.

I've used these also and if you MUST stay under 35, they are a great way to go! They are no where NEAR as comfortable as the ones I mentioned, BUT they are not bad. Don't expect Any noise isolation either.

I don't know what to offer specifically, but I advise you to take a closer look at JBL headphones, they are not very expensive, and I like them
