Mophie juice pack plus case for iphone 5 5s 5se PROBLEM

Hi, I ordered a mophie case from their website (ebay is full of fakes). The problem is:

When I use the silent switch with the case, I can't turn it off after turn it on. I must take the iPhone out of the case to put the silent off...
I have a mophie AIR and I don't have this problem, only with this mophie plus.
Does anyone have this problem two?! It's a 119$ product, and apple sells it.

Hopefully, members who use that particular case will reply soon. Having said that, please keep in mind that just because Apple sell a certain non-Apple product doesn't mean they have to assume the responsibility for the product's shortcomings. I recommend you contact the actual makers of the case to inquire.
