I haven't heard anything and I'd be shocked if they did. Mainly because:
1. Pebble is a direct Apple Watch competitor
2. Apple doesn't open iOS for anybody
I could be wrong; we'll just have to wait until Apple makes official announcements. It's possible that Apple is experimenting with giving accessory makers, including Pebble, some more options to interact with iPhone but they've historically been very cautious because interaction opens up iOS to possible security vulnerabilities.
is all in with the Apple Watch so giving any features away to its competition is not a very smart business move especially seeing as the Pebble has the price advantage
