Do you get scratches or nicks at the bottom using the Apple leather case?

The leather case for 5s was covered for the bottom but for the life of me I don't understand why Apple decided not to cover bottom of Iphone 6 leather case. Go figure!

The only reason I didn't get a Apple leather case for my 6 Plus is the open bottom. It's not so much being worried about damage I just like the look of complete coverage.

I was perplexed as well but I gotta say I love the case and I don't have any scratches or nicks on the exposed area. Also makes it so much easier to use a dock with it open.

I think it was due to the bottoms breaking as it was a very tight fit.

I do but I use my phone as a hammer sometimes.

That's a good point actually...my 5s case has cracks in the plastic where the headphone jack and lightening port. The leather was still in tact, so it really just made the case loose.

Either way, I loved the 5s case, and I love the one for my 6.
