Lifeproof Iphone 5c Question

I got a white lifeproof nuud case today and got it home to notice something a little different. The case itself works and fits great but on the bottom piece, the part with the foam that covers the charging area, is black. When you look them up online they all have a matching grey piece, not a single one has a black one. The back of my case says lifeproof and was sold to me from a cell phone company. There was also no screen protector in the box with it.

Does anyone know of any lifeproof cases that were made with a black piece on the bottom, or should I take this one back (afraid it is a knockoff of some sort)?

To test if it a knock off, take your phone out and put the case under water.

Not always true as a knock off...

I have difference seal colors on my iPad case...


Here is what to do.. Email off Lifeproof and ask them to verify the Number in the case.
