iPad Air - Smart Cover misaligned

Hello iMore iPad Air owners,

Have any you experience trouble with your Smart Cover being misaligned? How would you compare the mounting to previous iPads? Does it function the same? Any difference?

You may have found this easier but anytime anybody talks about a case, it gets moved to the forum.

I was the original poster of the linked thread. It turns out there are some iPad Airs with misaligned magnets. Bring your iPad Air to the Apple store and get them to check your Smart Cover with their iPad Airs and then their smart covers with your iPad Air, I think they'll come to the conclusion that something is wrong with your iPad Air and exchange it for you.
