Depends which one. The commuter probably but not anything that covers the home button. Unless you don't use the fingerprint sensor

You might be wright, I thought I heard the the holes for the otter box weren't spaced enough for the 5s.

Yes, it will fit. However, you will not be able to use the Touch ID sensor on the 5S as the old iPhone 5 OtterBox case will cover that up.
