Charging Dock for iPhone 5

Can anyone recommend a charging dock/stand that is case friendly? I have a case-mate barely there on my iphone 5.

Charging Dock

That's going to be a tough one. Most companies don't make docks for cases. I've always wanted one for my iPhone with my Otterbox defender and I've never found one.

If anyone knows of any docks that work with either of our cases, please let us know.

Thanks for the input. Its a beautiful dock and a great suggestion. It's an awesome dock, but the problem is the Otterbox, still. This product requires me to cut up my Otterbox to make it work. I have yet to find one that doesn't require that. Maybe someone will do it. Maybe even Otterbox themselves could venture that way.

Made my own out of Lego. I have a vertical charging dock, a horizontal viewing dock and a stylus holder.

I will get pictures tomorrow. It is sitting on my desk at work.

This sounds like an awesome idea. I've got a box full of Legos that would be perfect. Can't wait to see your photos.

There are afew pictures of my dock. I even made it so you can use headphones in the vertical orientation.

Btw don't tell my kids I stole their Legos ]

I'm not going to lie, having been at the LegoLand store in Atlanta last week, if i saw an iPhone 5 dock there, i probably would have bought it! Nice job!

to the OP, try ebay. They're fairly cheap and from my experience, usually a little bit loose. But if it doesn't work and least you're only out 10 bucks

Because the charging piece is basically by itself it fits in most cases. If you grab a 30-pin adapter it should work with no real issue.

By far my favorite accessory. I bought one for work and one for home. I'm gonna warn u when u are installing the lightning cord with the adaptor piece u will have to bend the lighting cable a lot and think you are going to break it but you won't.
