Portable Chargers

I've been wanting to get a portable charger for a while now for my iPhone 5 and iPad mini.
However there are many of them out there in the market with price ranging from $15 - $100.

I was just wondering where there are 20000mAh portable chargers that cost less than $20, and some costing more than $100.

Will they work the same? Someone help please.

I've gotten cheap ones and expensive ones....they all wear out eventually, with the cheap ones losing their charge ability sooner than later.
