status on apple: preparing for shipment
status on ups (via track by reference): says it's in nashville tennessee
status on ups text message (because i'm utterly obsessed and need to keep in track in as many possible ways there are LOL): says my package is in louisville, kentucky LOL

either way it's getting here 9/21
im just appalled by all the different statuses

Looks like ours are on same truck! mine left same times as yours.. Added my info and mine is on it's way to Kentucky.

My order status is no longer showing up at all on Verizon. It did earlier this evening but now it says no such number or last name. No pending charge either on my cc. I ordered Friday morning about 7:30 cst.

I guess it's official. My order info is now coming up when I check the order directly from vzw site (not going through that pre-order link that was posted on the first page). Both work, and both say my order will ship by 9/21 Card has been charged as well. I just hope nothing gets messed up at this point!

So Verizon finally charged me the balance, now when i check i get the order number instread of pre order number. The main order status page says ships by 9/21.. my original conformation email page says delivers by 9/21... but that secondary preorder status page that someone posted on page 12 says ships by 9/28... I got my order in at like 3:05am EDT & got the email a minute later, so I'm not to worried, but they should do a much better job at handling these dates on such a sensitive product

For what it's worth, I now have an equipment purchase receipt in the "Documents" section of My Verizon.

Card got charged and now says Your order has been sent for processing and there is still a Ace order # and ACE order Location but no longer shows a expected ship date

Same that happened to me.
Go to verizonwireless.com and check your order status (NOT pre-order status). Should have your ACE number as an order number now, and under tracking information it should give your expected date (i don't think vzw has given out any actual tracking numbers as of yet... just dates)

Just got an email from Verizon with my tracking number from FEDEX. My order status page has also been updated showing the same info. Expected ship date of 9/20 so I'm guessing it is getting overnighted. FedEx isn't showing anything with that tracking number but that doesn't surprise me. Verizon customers can rest easy!

Mine states Ace number and sent for processing BUT no date posted anymore nor have I been charged.

Calling *611 says the 2 business shipping and a human told me it should arrive on the 20th but I assume she meant ship. Fingers crossed.
