Iphone 4s Desktop cradle and battery backup- recomendations

Could any body recommend desktop cradles to sync/ charge my iphone 4s. Can we use desktop cradles with otterbox reflex on the phone?
Whats the best battery backup available for iphone 4s? I am looking to have a backup to recharge it to full , maybe a 1750mAh
