Looks decent.. But in a way it appears to turn from blue to purple..

Or maybe my eyes are going bad?!

When hit with direct light, it gets a little lighter. The 'true' color is dark blue.

Yup, I use a back shield on my iPhone so it's not a huge concern.

I'm considering purchasing this case, it seems to pretty nice and doesn't flake like the CandyShell.
