Ok so I went to try it out in the shop the other day (really keen to buy it) and it had a very noticeable hissing sound. I have a had a read around and it isn't uncommon. The guy in the shop said he had one returned because of it.
We tried the iphone in airplane mode, turned off all radio related functions and still the noise persisted. We tried different types of music, different iPods and ALL of them made a hissing noise and sometimes clicking noises.
Has anyone else experienced this? The majority of reviews that I have heard about the dock have been tremendous and that the sound quality is sensational, and it looks really pretty! Does anyone know why it might do this?
