    Hi. Just got a new laptop to shiva w8, can't get on with it. How and can I use the old system, is that 7 ?. Thank you.

    Rather confused with the question. Are you asking how to use Windows 7 versus Windows 8?

    If yes when you bought the computer did it come with a downgrade DVD to Windows 7?

    No. It's new 8 installed. But I heard it can run the old set up if you do not like 8, don't know what old is, that's why I asked is it 7 ?
