I actually managed to upload an HD quality of my video here. But if you try watching it and change the quality from 480p to 720p or 1080p, the quality remains the same. But if you change it to 240p quality it successfully gets blurry. In short, my 480p/720p/1080p is the same quality.

I use the H.264 and Youtube 1080p when exporting my video from Adobe Premiere CS6.

How can I really export a video that can switch different video quality successfully?

I guess I would just have to go with this for now. I wonder what do I lack. I wonder if 720p is the one is it really following or just 480p?

Perhaps you should try asking this in a YouTube or Adobe Premiere forum since you are not getting answers here.

I tried. They said it's natural and okay. And to try rending at maximum quality but that didn't solve the mystery for me and I told them 720p is really exactly the same with 480p.

It's not really that a big deal. But I really wanna know the reason behind as to why 480p is exactly the same with 720p. lol

Render the highest quality you can and upload that to YouTube. From there let them worry about it. Your bandwidth will be used once to upload a 1080p or even 4K copy to YouTube. YouTube automatically selects the resolution it believes most appropriate to the device it's being watched on but that can always be overruled and a resolution selected manually.

There probably is a difference between the videos, it's just that you can't perceive it on whatever you're viewing it on?

I honestly think, if it bothers you that much, raise a support ticket with Youtube!
