My first PC was in 94. Windows 3.0.
At work I remember using Windows 2.0.
Had to look those up!!!!

Moving to a Mac this year. Not keen on Windows 8.1 and I would prefer moving to an all Apple ecosystem.

Windows 95 for me! I was 5 years old or so at that time, but I remember how long you had to wait to get everything ready for... MS Paint!

Windows 3.1, on a system (Tandy I think) that was powered by an Intel 486sx 25 MHz processor. This version of the chip if I remember right was the one with a 32-bit internal bus and a 16-bit external bus. I believe this system also came with 4Mb of memory and a 120Mb hard drive. Cost me around $2k with monitor and keyboard. Early nineties price/performance ratio was a little bit different than where it is nowadays, lol.
