Although the message has been read, why doesn't the last seen time tally?

Hey

I sent a message last night and can see that it was read at 08:54 this morning - blue double tick and time stamps etc. However, the last seen online time says 19:59 yesterday evening... Does anyone know what this means? Not that I'm a stalker or anything...ahem... but i've checked from my other phone as well (which number they don't have) and that also says last seen at 19:59.

Any insight on this would be very much appreciated!
