WatchOS 3 "contacts not found"

Not able to use Siri with contacts on watchOS3. Messages coming to watch as phone number without contact name attached.
Siri says I don't know who "_____" is.

So contacts are now working on my watch with Siri. I did not do anything different.

I think it needed time to synchronize contacts to your watch.
Did you upgrade to watchOS 3?

Just go to watch app and go to general than reset and then hit reset sync data
